Directions
Newport-on-Tay runs westward from the end of the Tay Road Bridge
along the south bank of the river Tay opposite Dundee.
From the end of the road bridge turn westward under the bridge,
and drive through the village to the foot of the High Street,
and on by a short one way stretch westwards. West Road begins
at the end of the one way stretch, and the drive to Thorndene,
with a large 3 on the gatepost, is the first
turning on the left, just before a flight of steps.
