The House - Thorndene - Holiday Home
The accommodation is on the ground floor, entered up
a single step from a courtyard in which cars may be parked at
the door. On the west side of the house, the garden door opens
on to Thorndene’s small private garden, mainly lawn, with
a garden table and chairs, but the whole grounds are available
for tenants to enjoy.
The accommodation, fully carpeted, and with gas central heating
throughout, comprises:-
- A spacious sitting room, comfortably furnished, including
TV,DVD and electric fire.
- Dining room with gas fire, opening onto a glazed sun room
with cane furniture.
- Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, having electric
cooker, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer,
fridge freezer and dishwasher.
- Tiled bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, W.C., bidet
and shaver socket.
- Separate tiled toilet with W.C. and washbasin, and shaver
socket.
- Twin bedroom with shower room en suite.
